The soft mesh allows you to scrub away dough with ease. Simply rinse the mesh cloth with cool water to release excess dough.
You can also let the dough dry out and shake into a garbage can for easy removal. To sterilize, simply put the Keeki cloth in your dishwasher.
When you put a cut loaf of bread with the crumb exposed, put the cut end against the beeswax, draw the string and wrap any excess bag around the contents.
Try to reduce any excess air in the bag to increase effectiveness.
You can put the bag and contents in a refridgerator, but not a freezer.
