The Keeki® Bag is a natural way to store your bread.
The beeswax lined, linen bag measures 11" x 14". Large enough to comfortably fit a 1000g boule of bread. Features a wide opening, drawstring closure, and is more user friendly than flat beeswax wrap.
Keeki® Bags allow bread to breathe. The natural antibacterial property of beeswax will help to deter mold but will not prevent it from occurring entirely.
Always monitor the contents of the bag for any signs of mold growth.
Wipe interior with a cool damp washcloth. To clean exterior linen, you can brush or wipe gently with cold mild soapy water. Avoid using hot water. Hang to dry.
When you put a cut loaf of bread with the crumb exposed, put the cut end against the beeswax, draw the string and wrap any excess bag around the contents.
Try to reduce any excess air in the bag to increase effectiveness.
You can put the bag and contents in a refridgerator, but not a freezer.

I was so excited to use this bag! They’re super cute and it sounded like my sourdough would stay nice and fresh. However, that wasn’t at all the case. Even with getting air out, closing, and tucking in the open end, it was more stale after 2 days than it has ever gotten after an entire week in a paper bag. I then saw hidden in the FAQ that these bags are better for uncut bread…who keeps uncut bread for more than a day or two? Anyway, I’ll have to find another purpose for this bag and go back to paper for my bread.
Working great for us! Keeps loaf happy, bag is easy to clean. Good purchase!
I was pleased with the quality and the looks of the Keeki Bag. It kept my homemade bread fresh for about 4 days -- on the 5th day I toasted it.
This has been a game changer for keeping our homemade bread fresh. It keeps the crust crusty and the inside soft (without being spongey). Hugely recommend
This bag created and sold by Keeki is a wonderful addition to my kitchen bread baking experience. Keeping my bread fresh and less likely to spoil as in other containers.
